Welcome to CLAY
Visit “CLAY Museum of Ceramic Art Denmark” and enjoy the finest ceramic arts and crafts ranging from a 235 year old plate in the Royal Copenhagen porcelain collection to the experimental work of contemporary artist.
The museum has recently been transformed from a small museum located in a beautiful old villa to also include a spacious, modern building.This new building offers 1,500 square meters situated both above and below ground level. The ceramic art is literally surrounded by its own material, clay.

Tuesdays-sundays 10.00-17.00
Wednesday 10.00-20.00
Mondays closed
Admission fee
Adults: DKK 100.-
Children and youth under 18 years: Free
Students: DKK 50.-
Bags
Do not bring bags into the exhibition areas. There are lockers in the cloakroom next to the ticket office.
Photos
You are welcome to take pictures at CLAY Ceramics Museum Denmark. However, do not use a tripod, flash or extra lighting, just as rules concerning copyright means that your photos may only be used for private purposes.

Strollers
Wheels must be fitted with covers. Ask at the Information.

Access
Access is possible for wheelchairs.
Wheelchair users can bring a helper free of charge.
Guide dogs are allowed.
Guided tour
Guided tours can be arranged during opening hours and only by reservation.
Duration. 45 minutes.
Price: DDK 800/1000.-
The price covers groups up to 25 people on weekdays / weekend.
