The ceramic heritage of Denmark
In the underground Treasure Gallery you are led through more than 235 years of the history of ceramics. Here a selection of Royal Copenhagen, Bing & Grøndahl and Aluminia from the impressive Collection belonging to the Museum are shown.
The entire Collection consits of around 55,000 items in faience, stoneware and porcelain. This Unique cultural heritage was donated to the Museum in 2010.
A tour of the Treasure Gallery offers an opportunity to experience the magic and diversity of the proud history in ceramics in Denmark.
